Copper Creek Ranch Estates Home Remodel

The owner's first impression of this Copper Creek Ranch Estates home was that there wasn't much worth saving. The siding was painted plywood and the roof leaked. The wiring and plumbing failed to measure up to anyone's "specs," and the inside was chopped up into unusable spaces of bathrooms and bedrooms. Basically, a hunting hangout built throughout a span of ten years.

On closer inspection, it was found to have a foundation and framing that were in very good shape and well built. It had a new septic system, the well had been maintained, and the driveway was cut in. With a little imagination and a good designer, it could turn into something great.
